Activity Teamer
As an Activity Teamer you are mainly responsible for the running of the activity program and the supervision of children/young people.
You are responsible for the welfare of the children, no matter what time of the day. As part of an international team you provide a creative all day programme, which is created by the Programme Organisers.

What are the requirements?

Minimum 18 years old

You need to be available for a minimum of two weeks

Good English language skills as the training events and the central camp communication will be held in English
-
If you want to work in the Girls Camp or the Junior Camp, you need a good German level
To become an Activity Teamer, you should...
... enjoy working with children and young people
... like outdoor sports and Arts & Crafts.
... have the ability to lead and motivate young people to participate
... have good communication skills.
... be reliable and responsible.
... be flexible and open-minded.
... be a team player but also able to work independently.
What are your tasks as an Activity Teamer?

Supervision of children during their stay in the camp

Accompanying and supervising during both activities and excursions

Preparation and implementation of an activity programme together with the Programme Organiser
-
Organisation and supervision of bigger evening events
-
Welcoming the children and preparing them for departure, organising farewell meetings

What is formally required?

First aid certificate (8 hours certification)

Police clearance certificate

You need to complete one of our online training events that take place leading up to the camps
