Programme Organiser
As the Programme Organiser, you would be responsible for the organisation and planning of a creative, active and fun-filled activity programme which you will implement together with the Activity Teamers.
Teamwork is an important part of your job and you should be prepared to deliver a high level of service. Ideally, you have already gained experience working with children and young people. You like to manage a team and have good communication and interpersonal/management skills.
What are the requirements?

Minimum 18 years old

You need to be available ideally for three weeks, or the whole summer

Good English language skills as the training events and the central camp communication will be held in English
-
If you want to work in the Girls Camp or the Junior Camp, you need a good German level
To become a PO you should...
... be creative, fun and outgoing.
... have innovative ideas that can shape the camp.
... be able to work independently.
... have good communication skills.
... be at ease in talking in front of people and with parents if necessary.
... already have experience in working with young people and/or leading a team.
What are your tasks as a PO?

Developing an activity programme within the framework of German youth travel quality standards

Coordinating programme events

Guiding camp participants and Activity Teamers

Managing resources and materials in coordination with the Centre Manager

Coordinating with the rest of the programme organisers

Weekly financial compensation

Single or twin accommodation plus full-board meals

Travel allowance of 100 euros
What is formally required?

First aid certificate (8 hours certification)

Police clearance certificate

You need to complete one of our online training events that take place leading up to the camps
