I’ve been learning so much about myself, my limits, and my strengths. Working with kids can be very challenging, and you have to be creative and adapt yourself. But you are not alone, and your team members will always have your back, as well as the YTA staff! Your opinion really matters, and so does your well-being. The camp is such a happy place where you are free to be who you are, to experience, to create, and to improve yourself. Working in a camp is clearly the best summer occupation and an experience that you will never forget."
